Oh CHIA baby!
Chia pudding is such a simple nutritious meal that many people love. We all know that there are tons and tons of recipes out there for overnight chia pudding (six to eight hours of waiting), but what if you decide you want it at the last minute. Good news friends :) it's not too late to make that delicious creamy bowl you've been craving! Whip up this healthy sweet meal in a jiff and set it in the fridge for only TEN minutes! Yup- that's it. It's a balanced breakfast, lunch or dinner with good protein, healthy fats, and sweet carbs that will energize you for sure!
10 MINUTE CHIA PUDDING
1. In a small bowl mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds and spices together.
2. Add in milk last, and stir to combine everything.
3. Let chia pudding set in the fridge for 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts or even nut butter. Yummy!
