This taco meat will blow your mind, well not literally, but your mouth will be ridiculously pumped! This recipe is bursting with flavor from the ground chorizo, as well as from a few spices to really seal the deal. These tacos are super simple to make, you could possibly make these every Taco Tuesday! Dream come true :) If you don't get excited when you eat tacos, I think this recipe will change your mind. Enjoy eating this tasty taco meat on a bed of your faovirte salad greens, or inside a hard or soft tortilla. But, do make sure your taco toppings of salsa, and guacamole are not far from the table! CHICKEN CHORIZO TACOS Ingredients:
1. In a large pan on medium heat, melt butter or ghee. Next, saute your onions until fragrant or slightly translucent. 2. Add in your chicken and chorizo, using a spatula to break apart your meat into smaller pieces. 3. Once meat is almost finished cooking, add in spices, salt and pepper, and tomato sauce in the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 5 more minutes. 4. Stir in lime juice and sprinkle fresh cilantro on right before serving this tasty meat in a tortilla or on top of your favorite salad greens! Always craving good food, Jillian

1. Put turkey and stone ground mustard in a large mixing bowl. Work the mustard into the meat until they are evenly combined. Divide the meat into 8 balls, then flatten those balls into 1-inch-thick patties. 2. Melt butter or pour olive oil into a large frying pan over medium-high heat, then add patties to the pan or grill the patties. Cook the patties for about 6 minutes on each side. 3. Serve the burgers in between a toasted bun with a heavy spread of mustard-mayo, some arugula and red onion slices.
