11/6/2016 0 Comments Berry Vanilla Protein Muesli!Muesli?? What the hay is muesli? I asked myself that very same question when I first saw that strange "m" word- haha. Muesli is generally a breakfast dish based on raw oats and other ingredients, such as fresh or dried fruits, seeds and nuts, and may be mixed with any type of milk. This is such a delicious and filling breakfast or snack. You can choose to eat muesli dry, like cereal or let it soak over night. I am a soaker! It is especially convenient to prepare this the night before, since it needs some time to sit in the fridge. The chia seeds transform the milk into a pudding-like texture, which is absolutely delicious! This recipe is extremely versatile and can be made using any type of milk, fruit, nuts, and/or seasonings. This is my favorite muesli combination, so I hope you enjoy! Berry Vanilla Protein Muesli

1. In a shallow bowl or container, mix dry ingredients together first. Then add milk and stir altogether. 2. Let the muesli mixture sit overnight in the refrigerator, or for at least 1-2 hours. The more chia seeds added, the quicker it turns into a "pudding". 3. Add your toppings before slowly devouring. Yummy! Always craving good food, Jillian
