Every Monday thru Friday, I am jumping for joy when it's breakfast time. Five working days a week I eat the same tasty smoothie for breakfast. Why you ask? It's just that ding, dang, darn delicious! Also because I can mix up the ingredient combinations to change the flavor slightly. Sometimes I use avocado and sometimes I prefer peanut or almond butter, yummy. Either way, it always turns out to be a beautiful and filling masterpiece for my body. If you're currently not enjoying your daily breakfast or just need a change of flavor in the morning, then try this simple Balanced Protein Smoothie!
BALANCED PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
1. In a small blender, pour liquid, fruit and greens to blend first.
2. Next, add in the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Pour smoothie mixture in a bowl or mason jar and top with some crunchy granola and pumpkin seeds.
4. Eat this tasty smoothie with a straw or spoon.
