This combination of orange juice and ginger makes the chicken have a zesty Asian flavor that you can't get stop eating! This recipe can be used for lunch or dinner! I used this recipe when meal prepping my lunches for my first week back to school, and it was SUCH A HEALTHY TREAT! This meal kept my taste buds happy and my stomach feeling satisfied. This recipe can be modified if needed. Instead of using the vegetables in the recipe { red pepper, peas, and broccoli }, you can totally choose your favorite veggies instead. I like leaving the broccoli and peppers raw because it gives this dish a much needed CRUNCH :). Plus, the warm saucy chicken will cook the veggies just a tad right before eating.
