"Great grub isn't rushed, frozen or processed - it's made with heart."
Everything about this meatloaf recipe reminds me of my grandmother's house. If there was ever a candle named "Grandma's Home Cooking," it would be the exact smell of this delicious meatloaf cooking, for sure.
Let's not waste anytime! Grab some grass-fed beef at your local grocery store, and get ready to taste the moistest and most tastiest meatloaf of your life! Seriously though, this recipe is a keeper.
We served ours with a homemade lentil noodle mac-n-cheese with some chopped steamed kale and broccoli thrown in for some veggie pleasure!
SIMPLE SLOW COOKED MEATLOAF
1. In a large bowl, combine beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, ketchup, onion, and all seasonings. Mix gently, do not compact. Shape into an oval or round shape. Then, gently spread the topping all over the top of the meatloaf. We like to make extra topping and serve with meatloaf for dipping.
2. Place meatloaf into a slow cooker on low heat and cook for 6 hours or until meat is tender.
Enjoy the journey of making this meatloaf, from beginning to end.
