3/11/2017 0 Comments STARBUCKS MAKES ME HAPPYThere is nothing better to me, except my husband that is ;), than sipping a warm coffee drink either in a cozy coffee shop or while I'm walking around a cute town or city.
If you are on the same "coffee" page as me-then let's see if we can make your coffee drink the happiest it can be for you and your body--putting joy in your coffee, puts joy in your life. {Check out my previous blog post for more info Are you putting joy in your food? } Sometimes I can't always find a local cafe to get my coffee fix (cue sad face). But, THANK GOODNESS for Starbucks! Starbucks stores are everywhere I go, which means I can depend on them when I want a satisfying and delicious coffee beverage (which is pretty much every weekend-who am I kidding). Below is a helpful list of the BEST CHOICES to show your body love and balance. These Starbucks drink options are made with as close to real, whole and fresh ingredients. The type of ingredients that fuel our bodies and make them feel extra special :) BEST CHOICES TO SHOW YOUR BODY LOVE + BALANCE DRINKS:

If your "usual" or "choice" drink from Starbucks is not listed above, take a deep breath and say, "it's okay!" Remember, diets don't work, but balance does. Be adventurous and try ordering a new + better drink option for your body! You may surprisingly dig one of these drink choices, just like me. My current drink favorites at Starbucks are the cafe latte and the Americano with whole milk (if feeling in a sweet mood I sometimes add a little honey + cinnamon). BUT, once in a blue moon I will order a Cascara latte (yes, its a flavored "not so healthy" syrup), with 2 pumps of syrup and whole milk. "It's okay!" My body survives when I choose to consume less natural ingredients, because it's not a habit or routine of mine. That's why balance is so vital in our lives! Make way more good choices for your body, and a few "treat yo self" choices. Life is so much happier that way :) Now get yo' drink on! Always craving good food, Jillian
