Toppings:
1. Put turkey and stone ground mustard in a large mixing bowl. Work the mustard into the meat until they are evenly combined. Divide the meat into 8 balls, then flatten those balls into 1-inch-thick patties. 2. Melt butter or pour olive oil into a large frying pan over medium-high heat, then add patties to the pan or grill the patties. Cook the patties for about 6 minutes on each side. 3. Serve the burgers in between a toasted bun with a heavy spread of mustard-mayo, some arugula and red onion slices. Always craving good food, Jillian

All my life I always thought that burgers are only made out of beef patties. I mean, I am probably a very ignorant man for my age, which is not that high if you're wondering. As an American, I always eat loads of burgers. Here, burgers sell like crazy.
