HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS IS THE TIME TO INVEST? Honestly, you can always find a reason to do something or to not do something. HOW LONG WILL THE MEALS TAKE TO PREPARE? Each meal should take no longer than 30 minutes. The recipes and ingredients are kept healthy, minimal and simple, so you are able to spend less time cooking and more time doing what you enjoy the most.
HOW MANY MEAL WILL BE ON YOUR SIMPLE WEEKLY MEAL PLAN? Each meal plan will come with 4 dinner meals total from Monday-Friday and monthly lunch ideas. I truly believe we can cook less and still have plenty of food to last the week. I will show you how to plan specific meals in order to maximize healthy eating, while minimizing your cooking time and expenses. I will also provide you with letftover ideas to reuse your meals in an exciting way.
WHAT IF MY FAMILY HAS FOOD INTOLERANCES? No problemo! I will send you a 10 question survey after you sign-up asking you specific questions to better undestand your current food favorites, food dislikes and food intolerances. Meal plans can provide dairy-ree and gluten-free options if needed. Personalizing meal plans is something I truly take pleasure in doing, because every family is beautifully unique.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW HOW TO COOK SOMETHING? I got your back love! Food tutorials will be posted weekly in the private Facebook group for anyone who is unsure how to prepare or cook a specific meal. The food videos are less than 3 minutes long and will give you the step by step visuals to provide you the confidence to rock that recips at home!
WHAT KIND OF RESULTS WILL I GET FROM THIS PROGRAM? Your results are entirely up to you. I will give you the resources and tools to simplify and cook healthy meals in your home. I will also teach you everything I've learned when it comes to creating simple and healthy rhythms at home. However, I cannot guarantee your success, that is 100% up to you and the effort you put into the program.
